Now that we are past the bewitching hour of one of the most mysterious of Holidays (Sawain excluded, ‘natch) , I want to take this moment to greet all of you and say; HELLO! Welcome to our site and our show. We are so pleased to have you. Thank you for tuning in!!

For all the curious types, the answer is, NO! I did not partake of turkey and the traditional fare. Instead, I purchased large shrimp (Scampi) and king crab legs and created a different type of feast for myself. But first, you start with a little olive oil Add garlic, butter, white pepper. Adorn the plate with couscous…and greenie beanies, for that “traditional” American touch (no, honey, not the casserole, just the beanies). All whilst sipping on some of the most wonderful, cheapie Carlo, on the planet and watching 12-15 ft pacific ocean wave crests, out of my kitchen window. No gun shots, no ambulance and police sirens….a pleasant day. Thank you. I am blessed. No dessert required (I’ll talk later about what little “traditional” family I have left, that were too “busy” to talk to moi! hahahha….that rant comes later, so stay tuned!).

BECAUSE, as we say “don’t get me started!” But for today, things are calm, cool and collected. No reason getting on a soapbox today.
